ck44apk Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck44apk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the ck44apk website and all services accessible through it, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other gaming or wagering product offered from time to time.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ck44apk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform.

ck44apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a prominently dated update notice on the Platform. Your continued use of ck44apk following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language of the agreement. Any translation provided for convenience does not alter the meaning or binding effect of the English version.

Definitions

• "Account" means the registered player account held by you with ck44apk.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by you on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to your Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" means Bangladeshi Taka deposited by you from a personal payment method and available for wagering or withdrawal subject to verification.
• "Platform" means the ck44apk website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is restricted or forbidden by applicable law.

To use the ck44apk Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

One Account Per Person

Each person may register and maintain only one account on ck44apk. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms. ck44apk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any balance across those accounts pending investigation. Where fraud is suspected, the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must ensure that no third party has access to your account. ck44apk will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the ck44apk support team immediately at support@ck44apk (plain text — not a clickable link).

Account Currency

All accounts on ck44apk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted in BDT. Currency conversion is not available on the Platform.

Prohibited Uses

• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational wagering.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities — any winnings generated through a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Allowing any third party to fund, access, or operate your account on your behalf.

ck44apk employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account showing unusual activity. During any investigation, the account and its associated balance may be frozen pending resolution.

ck44apk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual offer. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available only to players who have a verified account in good standing with ck44apk.
• Each promotion will specify a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") that must be completed before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager the bonus amount twenty times).
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when placing bets. Where a promotion specifies otherwise, the promotion-specific terms will apply.
• Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire as specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance without compensation.
• ck44apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.

Prohibited Bonus Activity

The following activities constitute abuse of the bonus system and are strictly prohibited. Where ck44apk determines that a player has engaged in any prohibited bonus activity, it reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds, void any winnings generated using bonus funds, and close the player's account:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus or new-player promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to artificially fulfil wagering requirements through matched or offset bets.
• Placing low-risk bets (e.g., betting on both outcomes of a two-way market) designed primarily to meet wagering requirements without genuine exposure.
• Using bonus funds on games or markets that are excluded from wagering requirement contribution, where those exclusions are clearly stated in the promotion terms.

Welcome Bonus

New players at ck44apk may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. Full terms, including the applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, and expiry period, are published on the Promotions page. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per verified payment method.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ck44apk account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receiving your request, ck44apk will process the closure within one (1) business day. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified primary payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon closure.

Suspension or Closure by ck44apk

ck44apk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold associated balances pending investigation, where it reasonably suspects any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest conduct, including match-fixing, bonus abuse, or use of automated software.
• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal activity.
• The account holder is, or is suspected to be, under 18 years of age.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or any other legal obligation requiring account restriction.

Where an account is closed by ck44apk due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. ck44apk will communicate the reason for closure to the affected player unless prohibited from doing so by law or an ongoing investigation.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ck44apk will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered contact details before applying a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to any remaining real-money balance. Where the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.
